1. Who we are

AI Theory Coach ("we", "us", "our") provides online tools to help prepare for the UK and NI driving theory test. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DVSA, DVA or any government body.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you:

use the AI Theory Coach website and mock tests; and/or
purchase full access to premium features such as full-length mocks and hazard training.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase access.

3. Using AI Theory Coach

You must use the site for your own personal learning only.
You must not copy, resell, share or redistribute questions, explanations or other content.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack or disrupt the site or payment systems.
You are responsible for ensuring your device, browser and internet connection are suitable.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe our service is being misused.

4. Payments and access

Payments for full access are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details on our servers.

Access is provided as digital content and training tools.
Full access is currently tied to your browser and device using local storage.
If you clear your browser storage, change device or reinstall, you may need to reactivate.

We may change prices or features in future. Any changes will not affect access you have already purchased.

5. Refunds

Because AI Theory Coach is digital learning content that is available immediately after purchase, we do not normally offer refunds once full access has been activated on your device.

If something has gone wrong (for example, you cannot access the content after purchase), please email aitheorycoach@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

6. Our content and accuracy

We aim to keep our questions, explanations and guidance accurate and up to date with the official syllabus.
However, we cannot guarantee that every question or explanation is perfect, or that the service will be available at all times.
The official DVSA / DVA materials and the real test always take priority over anything on this site.

7. No guarantee of passing

AI Theory Coach is designed to help you prepare, but we cannot guarantee you will pass your theory test. Your result will depend on your own study, practice and performance on the day of the test.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for:

any loss of data, profits, business or opportunities; or
any indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability to you in connection with your use of the service (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) will not exceed the amount you have paid for access in the 12 months before any claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes to the service

We may update, improve or remove features from AI Theory Coach from time to time. We will try to avoid making changes that materially reduce the value of the service, but sometimes updates are necessary for technical, security or legal reasons.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date below. If you continue using the site after changes take effect, you are taken to have accepted the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be dealt with by the UK courts.
